2. Using Our Website - You may use our website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. By using this site you agree that you will: • Not copy, reproduce, or republish any content from our website without our written permission • Not use our website to harass, harm, or mislead others • Not attempt to access restricted areas of our website or interfere with its operation • Not impersonate The Mother Whisperer, our founder, or any of our representatives • Not use our website for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

Our Content - All content on this website — including our mission statement, founder story, blog posts, affirmations, program descriptions, photography, and brand materials — belongs to The Mother Whisperer. You are welcome to share our content on social media with proper credit to The Mother Whisperer and a link back to our website. You may not reproduce our content in full for commercial purposes or claim it as your own 
4. Donations - The Mother Whisperer is a nonprofit organization. Donations made through our website or Zeffy donation page are intended to fund our hospital bundle program and operations. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. We have submitted our 501(c)(3) application to the IRS and are awaiting approval. Once approved donations will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will provide a written acknowledgment for any donation of $250 or more. 
5. Email Communications - When you sign up for our newsletter or opt into our postpartum support email sequence you are consenting to receive emails from The Mother Whisperer. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. We will never share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. 
6. Links to Other Websites - Our website may include links to external websites and resources such as the PSI Helpline, Zeffy, or partner organizations. These links are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external websites. 
7. Disclaimer - The content on this website is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. The Mother Whisperer is a nonprofit wellness and community support organization. We are not a licensed mental health provider, medical practice, or crisis service.
